How long does it take to get there?
Check the approximate travel times from the cruise terminals and select the park you want to visit to locate it on the map.
They don't include disembarking or boarding. There is no public transport to the parks.

What travellers usually ask
The essentials before heading out. If something's missing, just ask.
Admission to Chankanaab, Punta Sur or the Island Museum, directly from the Fundación de Parques y Museos de Cozumel. San Gervasio is not sold online yet: you pay on arrival.
Mexican pesos (MXN). If you pay with a card from another country, your bank converts the amount to your currency. The price you see is the total: no service or payment-method fees are added.
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a receipt with a QR code by email. You can also find it under «My booking». Show it at the park’s ticket office.
No. You can enter any operating day, during park hours.
No. Purchases are non-refundable.
Chankanaab and Punta Sur, until 15:30. Island Museum, until 16:00. After that, buy for another day.
Chankanaab and Punta Sur: children 0 to 3 are free; ages 4 to 12 pay the child rate; 13 and older pay the adult rate. Island Museum: one rate from age 4; children 0 to 3 are free.
The National Plan rate is sold only at the park’s ticket office, with a valid INE voter ID and a copy for each adult. The same applies to INAPAM and student rates at the Museum. They don’t apply to online purchases.
It includes the «El Tatich» boat ride across Colombia Lagoon, departing at 12:00, 13:00 and 14:00.
